精索静脉，英文spermaticvein，又称睾丸静脉(testicularvein)，为男性的生殖腺静脉(gonadalvein)，其功能为从其相应的睾丸运载缺氧血至下腔静脉或其支流。

对于男性而言精索静脉等效于女性的卵巢静脉(ovarianvein)，并且是睾丸动脉(testicularartery)的静脉相对部分。
