腊鸭饭是一道由大米、腊鸭、姜丝、葱花、蚝油、酱油为原料制成的美食。

原料：大米300克、腊鸭120克、姜丝、葱花各适量；

做法：

1、将大米淘洗干净，放入煮饭的锅中，加入和平时煮饭一样多的水。

2、将腊鸭洗净后斩成小块，铺于大米上，再放上姜丝，盖上锅盖，开始煮饭。

3、待饭熟后打开锅盖，趁热撒入少许葱花即可。
