土塘水为南渡河支流，广东省雷州半岛境内。流域河长28公里，发源于广东省雷州市(原海康县）后庙坑，河口于雷州市那平新村，流经纪家镇、杨家镇，集水面积220平方公里，坡降0.58‰，流域耕地总面积3.42万亩。
