平山堂路位于扬州市西北区，平山堂路西延起点蜀冈南路、延规划经十二路、宁启铁路，终点润扬北路，全长1.04公里。道路为双向四车道，道路红线宽22米，其中混合车道宽15米，两侧人行道宽各3.5米。设计等级城市道路次干路，设计时速30公里。
