圣巴多罗买医院（St Bartholomew's Hospital，又简称巴特、Barts），正式名称圣巴多罗买王家医院（The Royal Hospital of St Bartholomew）是英国伦敦市士美菲的医院。

圣巴多罗买医院于1123年创办，是欧洲历史最久远的医院，也是英国维持原址历史最长的医院。
