待旌庵，位于盐都区秦南镇，始建于明朝中叶，初名节孝祠。爱新觉罗·旻宁十年仲春，道光皇帝下旨，并赐“贞节碑”一块。目前，石刻“圣旨”和“贞节碑”尚在。1984年，该庵新建大雄宝殿，2000年，新建天王殿，中国佛教协会副会长茗山法师先后两次到该庵并主持开光。
