源于首山乡的立开堡村，是柳壕河的一条支流，因雨季河中才有水，其他季节干枯，故称干沟河。河流自南流向西北，经首山乡立开堡村流入刘二堡镇大沟村入柳壕河，河长11公里，流域面积40．4平方公里。多年平均径流量606万立方米。
