苗海潮，隋朝末年农民起义军首领，出生于邳州市（今江苏邳州市南）。

人物生平

在隋炀帝大业九年（613年）发起起义，后并入杜伏威部，活动于江淮一带抗击隋军。大业十三年（617年），他占领了永嘉县（今浙江温州市）。李渊武德六年（623年），归降唐朝。
