刘庄村位于巨野县城东南25公里处。地处鲁西南北美大平原，土地肥沃，民风淳厚。相传明代洪武年间建村，村内有刘姓与侯姓两姓，以刘姓居多。常住人口300余人。

生产小麦、棉花、大蒜、玉米、花生等农作物。
