黄立隆［生卒年待考］湖南宁乡人清乾隆年间拔贡，官至天津知府、大名府知府；曾奉清高宗弘历命助向导处向导大臣努三踏勘河河道，协助撰写《滦河濡水源考证》；子黄湘南，孙黄本骐、黄本骥均以诗文名世。
