山口让司（12月12日—）是日本漫画家，福冈县福冈市博多出身。他的作品涵盖了多种类型，包括怪诞、侦探等。他的作品在中国也有发售，其中《诞生》和《螺天》尤为知名。他还以江户川乱步的小说为蓝本，创作了《江户川乱步异人馆》。
