刘百昭（1893—?）字可亭，湖南武冈市高沙镇（今洞口县高沙镇）人，1893年(清光绪十九年)生。曾留学英国。

刘百昭于1925年4月任北京政府教育部专门教育司司长，1926年1月去职后，任北京艺术专门学校校长，东北大学文德学院院长等职。
