刘伯龙，现任澳门大学社会及人文科学院院长，1988年获比利时鲁汉大学社会科学博士学位，曾任澳门大学社会及人文科学学术委员会主任、政府公共课程主任、澳门社会科学学会副会长。著作有《英国、比利时、欧共体对华政策比较》、《经济特区行政比较》等。
