北地河又称“燕子沟”，是柳壕河支流，源于鞍山市北部灵山脚下。

北地河向西北穿越沈大高速公路，经刘二堡镇义和庄村姜家窝棚入柳壕河，河长16．5公里，流域面积73．9平方公里，境内河长14．6公里，河道比降1‰ ，多年平均径流量998万立方米。
