天主教明德学校位于香港岛的柴湾一个小山坡上，于1952年开始办学，原址在现时的东区医院上，创办人为文显荣神父，原名玛利诺（明德）小学，后更名为香港柴湾明德小学，直至2006年1月更名为天主教明德学校，并在2006年1月20日搬往旁边的新校舍。
