虞城五岳庙创建年代不详。坐北朝南，占地面积7560平方米。

虞城五岳庙(第四批省保)

正殿为金朝遗构，余皆为清代建造。

正殿面阔三间，进深五架，前廊式单檐硬山顶。斗为五铺作单抄单昂计心造，梁架结构为四椽前搭牵用三柱。
