高解春，男，1957年4月生于浙江宁波，汉族。他在全日制大学获得医学学士，并拥有高级管理人员工商管理硕士学位。他是一位教授，自1975年3月开始工作，1993年7月加入中国共产党。目前，他担任上海申康医院发展中心副主任。
